How to design hatching room conditioning

In the design process, it is necessary to take into account the layout design of the hatching room. First, you need to determine the model and quantity of the hatching equipment you need according to the hatching amount you need.

If the scale is large and the source of eggs is stable, it is the best choice to use a large hatchery, otherwise, use a small and medium-sized incubator.

The model and quantity selected determine the structure and area of the brother's hatching room. At the same time, it should be considered that with the increase in the number of hatches, the area of the hatchery will also increase.

If the area of the incubator room is too small, there will be no space, which will bring inconvenience to the production process and affect the incubation efficiency; if the area of the incubator room is too large, it will lead to waste of resources.

The hatching room should include the following functions: changing room, shower room, egg storage room, fumigation room, duty room, power distribution room, hatching room, hatching room, washing room, storage room, etc.

Each function room should be arranged in the order of warehousing, disinfection, storage, hatching, hatching, rinsing, and sending out eggs, so as to facilitate the smooth work flow sheet and the progress of sanitation and epidemic prevention work. ,

The hatching room should pay special attention to the isolation between the dirty area and the clean area. If an isolation belt is set, a disinfection pool should be set up between each channel; the shower room is very unnecessary, which is often ignored by many manufacturers.

The area of the egg bank should be proportional to the number of eggs, and the ceiling of the hatching room should be equipped with a ceiling fan to facilitate the uniform temperature in the hatching room. The disinfection room should be equipped with an exhaust fan with a certain amount of air to ensure that the remaining gas after disinfection can be quickly avoided.

Secondly, the ventilation design of the hatching room is a factor that cannot be ignored. Whether its design is reasonable or not has a great influence on the hatching rate. Both the hatching room and the hatching room must be exhausted, and fresh air from the outside must be brought into the room to be supplemented.

If the number of machines is relatively large, the exhaust gas from the hatcher can be photographed on the ceiling, and then collectively discharged by the fan, but the exhaust gas from the hatcher must be directly discharged to the outside through the exhaust pipe, and must not be discharged to the ceiling.

If the number of machines is small, the waste from the incubator can be directly discharged through the exhaust duct.

When designing the ventilation system of the hatching room, it should be considered that the fly-off discharged from the hatching room and the hatching room cannot be sucked into the hatching room again, and the exhaust gas discharged from the hatching room should not be sucked into the hatching room again.

The fresh air from the outside can be drawn in through the fan, and part of the air can also be entered through the floor window.

In summer, cooling equipment can be considered to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature air drawn in from the outside world, but in any case, heating equipment must be installed indoors in the northern region in winter to ensure the indoor temperature.

For the box machine incubator, if the number of machines is small, it can be considered that the building span is 6 meters, so that the old workshop can be renovated, but only one row of machines can be placed; if the number of machines is large, it can be considered that the building span is 9 meters m, which is more economical and can accommodate 2 rows of machines.

If the number of machines is very large, it is recommended to build a house with a span of 9 meters, but to build multiple incubators, separated by partitions in the middle. We do not recommend placing more than two rows of machines in the same incubation room, because it is not conducive to ventilation and summer temperature control.
