1. Temperature: the temperature of the incubator is kept at about 25 ℃; The temperature of egg surface was maintained at about 39 ℃ in the early stage of incubation;
The incubation temperature should be kept at 37.5-38 ℃ at the later stage of incubation; The temperature of the taper machine is generally controlled between 36 and 37 ℃.
2. Humidity: keep the indoor relative humidity at 60% - 65%; the incubator relative humidity at 55% - 60%; the hatching machine relative humidity at 65% - 70%.
3. Turn over eggs: In order to evenly heat all parts of the eggs and maintain the normal development of the embryo, turn over eggs on time. The automatic hatching equipment is equipped with automatic egg turning, which should be done every 1.5 hours, with an angle of 45-90 degrees.
4. Egg drying: after 12 to 13 days of incubation, the eggs should be dried twice a day, so that the heat generated by the embryos in the eggs can be dispersed in time to prevent "natural" death. The temperature of airing eggs should be controlled at about 36 ℃, that is, when contacting with human skin, it can feel warm but not cold.
5. Ventilation: While maintaining normal temperature and humidity, pay attention to frequent ventilation, and the air in the room or incubator should always be kept fresh
