1. Weekly maintenance content
1.1 Check the water level of the humidifying water pan.
1.2 Check the sealing condition of the door.
1.3 Check the ventilation and exhaust conditions.
1.4 Clean up the fluff and other debris on the rotary screw of the damper to prevent it from being stuck and unable to rotate.
1.5 Wipe the outside of the chassis and control cabinet with a semi-dry rag; the humidification water basin should be cleaned for each batch of hatchers. And remove the fluff from the top of the machine.
2. Monthly maintenance content
2.1 Check whether the fan, humidifier and egg turning chain are in good condition.
2.2 Check the heating function.
2.3 Check the ultra-high temperature alarm function.
2.4 Check whether the egg turning function is normal.
2.5 Thoroughly clean and disinfect the equipment.
2.6 Clean the machine, humidification water basin and humidification evaporation tray after each batch of incubation.
3. Maintenance content every three months
3.1 Clean the probe.
3.2 Calibration temperature and humidity.
3.3 Grease the fan bearing once.
3.4 Clean the egg-turning worm wheel with oil and then add butter to lubricate it.
3.5 Grease should be added to the screw and sliding fitting parts of the damper mechanism.
3.6 The oil of the humidification and egg-turning reducer should be changed once.
3.7 Comprehensively check the control function of each system.
4. Maintenance when the machine is not used for a long time
Before the machine is not used for a long time, it must be turned on to heat up and dry the machine, and the water in the humidification basin must be drained and dried. After cleaning, all operating parts should be washed and protected with butter to prevent rust. This is very important. You decide not to use a machine, and you don't maintain it as described above, then the next time you want to use it, it may be too faulty and not work.
5. Precautions for use
5.1 During the incubation process of the incubator, pay attention to the working state of the machine, observe it every 1 to 2 hours, and make a record, and deal with any abnormal situation in time. In particular, pay attention to whether the difference between the temperature of the door meter and the temperature displayed by the machine has changed greatly. If there is any change, it should be calibrated in time as required.
5.2 The damper control is very important. Always check whether the set position is appropriate and whether the actual position is consistent.
5.3 Observe and record the egg turning situation, whether the egg tray alternates between the left and right inclined positions.
5.4 When the egg tray is pushed in and pulled out, it must be carried out in a horizontal position.
5.5 If there is a power failure during the incubation process, the main power switch of the machine should be turned off, and the machine should be turned on after the power is turned on to work normally. When using the generator set for power supply, pay attention to the stability of its output voltage and observe whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct (the same should be true when exchanging electricity between the self-provided generator and the power line); The hatcher door opens.
5.6 Formalin fumigation is strictly prohibited during the hours after hatching and the chicks are pecking their shells. Some commercially available disinfectants are corrosive to humidity probes and should not be used in incubators.
5.7 Please read the operating instructions carefully and follow them.
