Incubator is the place where breeding quails are born. Proper temperature, good ventilation, cleanness and sterility are important conditions to ensure high hatching rate and quail health.
The disinfection room at the entrance of the incubator, toilet, egg storage and egg disinfection cabinet (room), egg feeding room, incubation hall, hatching hall, hatching hall and grading room, hatching room, power distribution room, warehouse and incubation equipment cleaning and disinfection room are composed. It must be a one-way flow for people to enter the incubator and for eggs to enter the incubator and leave the hatching machine.
The most important structural requirement of incubation equipment is good thermal insulation. The room temperature of the incubator should be kept at 25 ℃. The walls and floors of the incubation room should be smooth, and the volume should be appropriate. The drainage channel set in the room should be unblocked, and the window for cleaning, fumigation and disinfection and sewage drainage should not be too large. The small bedroom window should be used for living, which is not only convenient for ventilation, but also conducive to shading and heat preservation.
Another building requirement of the nursery is fire prevention. The power consumption of the brooding room is very high. The layout and specification of the line should be reasonable to prevent short circuit from causing fire, and the emergency sunrise and main switch should be set. In case of an accident, the power can be cut off in the shortest time.
The seed egg storehouse set up for brooding should be convenient for fumigation and disinfection, washing and disinfection, thermal insulation (reserved for the installation of air conditioning), good ventilation conditions, and prevention of rat damage, so as to ensure the suitable storage conditions for seed eggs and achieve good incubation results.
The brooding room should be separated from the hatching room. When hatching in the hatching room, the fluff flies randomly, affecting the air environment and sanitation of the hatching room. The last important part is the quail grading room and vaccination room. This place requires heat preservation and easy disinfection, and can keep the room temperature at 25-30 ℃.
